Four-firm ratio

The term 'Four-firm ratio ' as it applies to the area of agriculture can be defined as ' It is common to express the degree of concentration within an industry, including agriculture (that is, the degree to which a few firms dominate sales or production) as a ratio, by stating the share (%) held by the top four firms'.
